應(yīng)用Application

·SE系列電磁失效保護(hù)盤式制動(dòng)器與鼓式制動(dòng)器相比，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、制動(dòng)力大、安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，它主要適用于起重、運(yùn)輸、冶金、礦山、港口、建筑機(jī)械、電纜、吊索設(shè)備、風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)、紡織機(jī)械等各行業(yè)的多種機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)配套的機(jī)械制動(dòng)或減速。

APPLICATION

·Compared with drum brake, SE series electromagnetic failure protection disc brake has the advantagesof compact structure, large braking force and convenient installation. It is mainly suitable for mechanicalbraking or deceleration of various mechanical drives in liting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port,construction machinery,cable, sling equipment, wind turbine, textile machinery and otherindustries.

主要特點(diǎn)Main Feature

·結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、制動(dòng)力矩大、和工作制動(dòng)器一樣。

·發(fā)現(xiàn)超速的情況下，用作緊急制動(dòng)器，正常情況下靜態(tài)制動(dòng)器響應(yīng)時(shí)間短。

·安裝公差大,制動(dòng)盤端面跳動(dòng)較大值:±0.2mm。底座相對(duì)于盤的垂直度偏差:±4%o。

·ST1SE, ST2SE僅適合用作安全制動(dòng)器，當(dāng)使用頻率很低時(shí)也可用作工作制動(dòng)器。

MAIN FEATURE

·Compact structure, large braking torque, same as working brake.

·In case of overspeed, it is used as emergency brake, and the response time of static brake is short undernormal conditions.

·The installation tolerance is large, and the maximum value of end face runout of brake disc is ±0.2mm.Perpendicularity deviation of base relative to disc: ± 4%o.

·ST1SE and ST2SE can only be used as safety brakes, and can also beusedas working brakes when thefrequency is very low.

使用條件 Operating Condition

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+50℃

·周圍工作環(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆氣體。

·相對(duì)濕度:空氣相對(duì)濕度不大于90%

·使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

·戶外雨雪侵蝕或有腐蝕性氣體和介質(zhì)應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·There shall be no inflammable or explosive gas in the surrounding working environment.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place ofuse conforms to GB755-2019

·Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should use anti-corrosionproducts.

·襯墊磨損顯示:通過顯示開關(guān)或襯墊里的磨損線實(shí)現(xiàn)。

·制動(dòng)顯示:通過顯示開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)。

·手動(dòng)釋放顯示:通過顯示開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)。

·特殊應(yīng)用

·用于盤溫非常高時(shí)的燒結(jié)襯墊，特種襯墊，無火星等。
